It was founded in 2004 by the Muslim Development Foundation and is strategically located just four kilometres from Morogoro’s city centre and near the majestic Uluguru Mountains. Its campus spans approximately 18 hectares and features well‐maintained gardens alongside modern facilities, creating an ideal environment for academic pursuits. MUM offers various programs, including undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate courses. The institution is organized into five faculties: Arts and Humanities, Islamic Studies, Law and Sharia, Science, and Business Administration.
